1) You may not return for exchange.

Product(s) from the Choco Albab by SR online website (https://chocoalbabsr.wixsite.com/mysite) cannot be exchanged and returned after you have made the order.

2) Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product).

No cancellation fees shall be applicable with NO valid reasons. 

3) Wrong items.

If you get the wrong and different item from your order, you can contact us as soon as possible via our e-mail (chocoalbabsr@gmail.com) whether you require a refund or a replacement.

4) Customer will get their full refund in the event of :

• Customer received parcel with missing item(s), faulty item(s).
• Cancelled order with valid reason
• Item (s) ordered is out of stock.
